Electricity outages could be better communicated!!! Maintenance of the swimming pool needs serious attention, especially regarding cleanliness and heavy staining issues!!! Soundproofing between rooms should be improved significantly!!!

A few quirks popped up during my stay. Towels at the pool weren't up to par. they felt more like thin cloth than the cozy beach towel variety. Room service had a relaxed pace, often leaving no toilet paper and infrequently replacing facial towels. The bathroom lighting was dim, making it tough to navigate. Also, the lift signage was confusing. hitting 'G' didn’t take you to the first floor but back to the ground floor. Lastly, the deposit process felt outdated. signing a credit card authorization isn't something I expected. Ended up running back for my cash deposit after checkout.

Our stay was delightful. the infinity pool was stunning, and the room felt like a cozy retreat. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, making each morning enjoyable. Despite a potential mix-up with the minibar, the overall experience was lovely!

We loved the ocean view jacuzzi room! The view was seriously amazing. The hotel has golf carts to take you around, which is super convenient when you're on a hill. The ambiance was nice and quiet, perfect for relaxation.

The room was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed and an easy-to-navigate layout for someone with physical handicaps. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind. The infinity pool area was accessible and offered stunning views, which made every moment enjoyable.

Some bathroom facilities could use updates.

I particularly enjoyed the elegant vintage furniture in my spacious Grand Deluxe Double Room, which added charm. The lush gardens created a peaceful atmosphere, allowing me to listen to birds singing while strolling through the beautifully maintained property.

More elevators for easier access would be beneficial.

The pool area was fantastic, and my girls loved the garden playground. We enjoyed a lovely family outing at Ao Nang beach, which was just a short ride away. The staff was always friendly and offered a plethora of activities for us to explore.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have more golf carts available to minimize waiting times for families with children.

Just a good pick for a rapid stop in Ao Nang with good value for price. The air conditioning worked well, keeping us cool. Bring your own towels to avoid any surprises.

Perfect choice for couples

The service was fantastic, especially from the bellboy who used a translator to help us understand each other. It, which is rare in places like this. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach with everything else nearby.

It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.
